The NextGen internship program desires to see young people developed into mature and confident leaders who are passionate about God’s calling on their lives and service in the local church, either in a volunteer or vocational capacity.

The NextGen internship program aims to connect young adults with ministry opportunities within local BIC churches in the Atlantic Conference, providing hands-on ministry experiences and mentoring under the supervision of caring and experienced pastors/leaders.
