NextGen internships are available for young adults interested in exploring ministry opportunities in the context of the local church. Internships can be carried out in a variety of ministry areas, such as Children, Youth, Young Adult, Worship, etc.
Each internship is created to accommodate both the interests of the intern and the needs of the local church. Working together, the intern and the local church develop an individualized contract for the intern that includes leadership development opportunities as well hands-on experience in ministry. All interns are employees of the local churches in which they work and are paid based on hours served. Internships vary in both weekly hours and duration.
