The NextGen internship program aims to connect young adults with ministry opportunities within the local churches of the Atlantic Conference. Through hands-on ministry experience under the supervision of caring and experienced pastors/mentors, the NextGen internship program desires to see young people developed into mature and confident leaders who are passionate about God’s calling on their lives to serve in the local church, either in a lay or vocational capacity.
